1. Purpose
This Prohibited Use Policy outlines activities and behaviors that are strictly forbidden on the ZAPPAY platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
ZAPPAY is committed to operating a legal, safe, and compliant cannabis marketplace. We have zero tolerance for illegal or fraudulent activity.
2. Age-Related Prohibitions
Underage Access
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Access ZAPPAY if you are under 21 years of age
- Provide false information about your age
- Use another person's ID or account to bypass age verification
- Purchase cannabis products for anyone under 21 years of age
- Allow minors to access your ZAPPAY account
Consequences: Immediate account termination, no refund, and reporting to law enforcement if required by law.
3. Location-Related Prohibitions
Illegal State Access
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Access ZAPPAY from a state where cannabis is illegal
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to falsify your location
- Provide a false delivery address
- Ship or transport cannabis products to states where cannabis is illegal
Interstate Transport
Transporting cannabis across state lines is a federal crime, even between states where cannabis is legal.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Purchase cannabis in one state and transport it to another state
- Request delivery to an address in a different state than where you are located
- Use ZAPPAY to facilitate interstate cannabis trafficking
Consequences: Immediate account termination, reporting to federal law enforcement, and potential criminal prosecution.
4. Fraudulent Activity
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use stolen credit cards or payment information
- Create fake accounts or use false identities
- Engage in chargebacks fraud
- Manipulate prices, reviews, or ratings
- Impersonate ZAPPAY staff, farmers, or other users
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform
Consequences: Immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.
5. Illegal Resale
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Resell cannabis products purchased through ZAPPAY without proper licensing
- Purchase products for the purpose of illegal distribution
- Operate an unlicensed dispensary using ZAPPAY products
- Export cannabis products to other countries
Consequences: Immediate account termination and reporting to state regulatory agencies and law enforcement.
6. Product Misuse
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use cannabis products in a manner inconsistent with state laws
- Consume cannabis while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery
- Provide cannabis products to minors
- Use cannabis products in public places where prohibited by law
- Mix cannabis with alcohol or other substances in violation of safety guidelines
ZAPPAY is not responsible for how you use products after delivery. You are solely responsible for legal and safe consumption.
7. Account Sharing
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Share your ZAPPAY account credentials with others
- Allow others to use your account to make purchases
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
- Use a business account for personal purchases or vice versa
Each user must have their own account. Accounts are non-transferable.
8. Farmer and Transporter Prohibitions
For Farmers
It is strictly prohibited to:
- List products without valid state cultivation licenses
- Provide false or misleading product information
- Sell products that do not meet state testing requirements
- Fail to upload Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- List products with THC content exceeding state limits
- Engage in price fixing or anti-competitive behavior
For Transporters
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Transport cannabis without valid state licenses
- Deliver to individuals who fail age verification
- Transport cannabis across state lines
- Tamper with or consume products during transport
- Fail to maintain proper storage and security during transport
Consequences for Farmers/Transporters: Immediate removal from the Platform, forfeiture of pending payouts, and reporting to state regulatory agencies.
9. Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to post or share:
- Content promoting illegal drug use
- Medical claims about cannabis products (unless you are a licensed medical professional)
- False or misleading information about products
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Sexually explicit content
- Spam or unsolicited advertising
ZAPPAY reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy.
10. Money Laundering and Financial Crimes
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use ZAPPAY to launder money or conceal the source of funds
- Engage in structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements
- Use ZAPPAY for terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity
- Attempt to manipulate or defraud the payment system
ZAPPAY complies with all anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Suspicious activity will be reported to FinCEN and law enforcement.
11. Hacking and Security Violations
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Attempt to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access to ZAPPAY systems
- Use malware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Exploit security vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Consequences: Immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement.
12. Violation of Terms of Service
Any violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other policies is prohibited and may result in account termination.

If you become aware of prohibited activity on ZAPPAY, report it immediately:

14. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:
Minor Violations
- Warning and account suspension
- Temporary restriction of Platform features
- Mandatory compliance training
Serious Violations
- Immediate account termination
- Forfeiture of pending orders and payouts (no refund)
- Ban from future use of ZAPPAY
- Reporting to state regulatory agencies
Criminal Violations
- Reporting to law enforcement (local, state, or federal)
- Cooperation with criminal investigations
- Civil or criminal legal action
ZAPPAY reserves the right to determine the appropriate consequence for any violation.
15. No Liability for User Actions
ZAPPAY is a platform that facilitates transactions between farmers and consumers. We are not responsible for:
- How users choose to use cannabis products
- Violations of law by users
- Illegal activity conducted using the Platform
- Harm caused by user misconduct
You are solely responsible for your actions on and off the Platform.
16. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
ZAPPAY cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations. We may disclose user information to law enforcement if:
- Required by law, subpoena, or court order
- Necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activity
- Necessary to protect the safety of users or the public
17. Updates to This Policy
ZAPPAY may update this Prohibited Use Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
